Reservations

To make a reservation with our New Jersey limo service it’s best to call as soon as you know the date and time of the event. An earlier reservation ensures that we will have the exact limousine you require available for you. To make a reservation simply call us and reserve our New Jersey limo service over the phone or go online instead!

No shows

Avoiding a no show is highly advisable. If you are at the pickup point and your driver is not currently there with the vehicle, then do not leave. Instead of leaving, call our office so that we can call the driver and relay the location, or arrange for new transport. If you perhaps were at a different area, or the driver attempted to call but was unsuccessful and you end up leaving, then you will be charged a no show fee. The fee is the entire cost of the ride.

Should something come up that has caused you a delay (traffic, family, hair appointment, etc), then simply give our drivers a call rather than letting them wait. A driver will wait a maximum of thirty minutes at a normal pickup location – that’s one around the city or at a residential spot. If you’re coming from an airport then the driver will wait a maximum of an hour. During that waiting time the driver and the office will attempt to contact you to find out what has caused the delay and to ensure that you still require the arranged transportation. Unfortunately if there is no response, then a late fee will be charged in addition to the no show charge and the driver will return to the office.

If you are running behind schedule, please feel free to request that the driver waits for you. They are more than capable of waiting and this ensures that both parties are happy at the end of the day despite the initial issues.

Damages To the Vehicle

Sometimes a passenger can be intoxicated, or sometimes a pet gets loose from the carrier and has an accident. Whatever the cause of the damage, things happen and we understand this. Our policy is to fairly deal with any damages that were incurred by the passengers of the vehicle during their transportation. Here at our New Jersey limo service you will be charged a fair and accurate price for the cleaning of the vehicle (in the event someone becomes ill and vomits), or the restoration costs for any damages that have occurred (such as from a tear in fabric). The exact cost of the restoration will be explained and detailed by us so that you are fully aware of what happened and what needs to be done.

Credit Card Transitions

Our aim is to prevent fraud for both the card owner and ourselves as well as ensure that no unwanted remainders are left after the trip has been completed. To successfully complete this we first check that funds are available on the card provided. This check on funds will appear as “Pending funds” on your online statement. Generally this amount is slightly higher so that if damages occur during the trip, or if drinks are requested at the last minute that they are taken care of. If the pending amount equals more than the amount accrued during the trip, then the remainder will be released and only the balance owed will be charged.

Complaints

Complaints and disputes of charges are divided into two categories: corporate and non-corporate. For corporate customers, we view that all of the charges denoted are correct unless a complaint is made. The complaint must be made within ten days of the date of service. For any disputes or complaints to be considered, you must email us or fax us the complaints and the charges disputed so that we can look over them and resolve the issue.

If you are a non-corporate customer then all of the charges given on the day of service are considered valid and true unless a complaint is made within fifteen days of the date of service. As with corporate customers, you must also send us an email or fax with the exact charges disputed and the complaints.

Collection Fees

If there is failure to pay the balance to us for services rendered then you are responsible for all ensuing fees including fees incurred from legal counsel, litigation, accounting, and other expenses from the legal proceedings and collection of the initial payment.

Rate Changes

In the rare event that our service rates are raised here at the best new NJ limo company, we reserve the right to change any of our services, charges, and fees without any notice ahead of time.

Itemized Invoices

Itemized invoices are used to help ensure that both ourselves and our clients have a clear understanding of the fees and charges for the services rendered. For corporate accounts, invoices will be sent every two to four weeks. For non-corporate accounts, invoices are sent when they are requested or with the receipt of charges.

Payment Due Date

If a client is not paying by card, where we will hold the money on the card until after the service date, then payments need to be made within a certain period of time. For corporate accounts, the payment must be made within fifteen days of receiving the itemized invoice. For any client who does not have a corporate account, they must pay the charges after the service has been completed.

Point to point fare

When on a point to point basis the prices for the service are set based on the mileage between the points and the various zones they are in. Corporate accounts can oftentimes get great discounts depending on the mileage and points accrued on usage. If you have a corporate account, give one of our representatives a call and we can see if any special discounts can be arranged depending on the volume of usage.

Hourly Rates

Many of our vehicles can be rented on an hour to hour basis. This type of service is dependent on both the area and number of hours required.

Waiting time

A driver will wait at the designated pickup time for a certain period before returning to the office. If the pickup is at an airport, then the passengers are given a thirty minute grace period for a domestic flight. If the flight is an international one, then the passengers are given a forty-five minute grace period. On a normal pickup area, the grace period will only be ten minutes. After that ten minutes then a wait time will be charged.

Keep in mind that the drivers check all flights and if any delays are posted, then there is no wait time charged for that delay.

Stops

It’s understandable that passengers may need to stop for something small such as a coffee, the bathroom, etcetera and these stops will not be charged. If, however, there are excessive stops or long wait times during those stops, then charges will be incurred. If you or the passengers plan on having stops, call our office here at the best new NJ limo company to discuss any potential charges for them.

Tolls

If there are any routes with tolls on them, then the charges are billed to the customer.

Wait times for passengers is listed above and is based on international or domestic flights.

Parking
